Heated Pool and Spa The spa/pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 AM to 10 PM upon advanced request. The spa typically takes an hour to heat up in winter and the pool takes 15 hours to heat up in winter. The Spa heat fee is $20 per day The pool heating fee is $120 per day Please note that pool heating needs to be requested 2 days in advance and we may not be able to heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 F as it would overload the heating system. The heated spa and jets will be on for a maximum of 4 hours in a day. You can let us know with your time preference. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house including the backyard area except for the garage. Please note pool is available year-round but be respectful of the neighbors after 10 PM. Other things to note 1. Party rules: No Parties allowed. This house is in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Outdoor quiet hours must be observed. No loud noises in the backyard after 10 PM. No smoking in the backyard or in front of the home. Quite time is 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Pre-approval is required for the visitors. NO MUSIC in the backyard and no gatherings/events are allowed. Any violations will result in a fine of $250 and cancellation of the booking. 2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. Max of 2 cars on the driveway. 3. Security cameras: Ring doorbell is at the front door, 1 security camera facing side entrance, 1 camera facing the pool. 4. Spa /Pool: The pool and spa can be heated individually based on your preference. The spa/pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 AM to 10 PM upon advanced request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. 6. Nightly rate: Our nightly rate covers 10 guests. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests beyond booking. 7. Expectations: No drugs or illicit behavior, No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside the home. There will be a penalty of $500 if there is evidence of smoking inside the home. 8. Issues: After you check in, if there are any issues with the home, please let the hosts know right away, Issues need to be addressed during the stay. Thank You. 9.
