Welcome to our "Campagne à la ville" property, a fully renovated and equipped 3 bedroom house close to all amenities - 5 min drive: city center, train station, Intermarché, Parc du Pré de la Rose, L'Île en Mouvements, Science Pavilion - Walking distance: Fitness trail, pharmacy, bike path Guests will enjoy a beautiful exterior with fruit trees (apples, cherries, plums and peaches). Possibility to park your vehicle in the private courtyard or in front of the house. The space You have access to 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (master bedroom), a second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with a single bed. The bedding is new (see photos). You also have a new sofa bed in the living room that can sleep an additional two guests. In the dining room, a spacious table to share great meals and family moments. A glass wall separates the living room from the fully equipped kitchen and allows beautiful light throughout the day. The fully renovated bathroom is very functional with walk-in shower. Finally, a laundry room is available in the basement. Guest access You have access to almost the entire house, except the garage. Despite this, you can park your vehicle in front of the house or in the private courtyard.
