Free street parking on Penare Terrace or the train/bus station is closeby. The space The annexe has everything you need to enjoy your holidays in Cornwall. On arrival please note that it's easier to find parking before 5pm especially in the peak seasons. You will find 7A around the corner down the hill from Penare Terrace where there's a back lane and 7A is the 3rd gate along on the right where you'll also find the key box. The code will be sent to you the day before check in. 7A is a ground floor flat with it's own private courtyard, kitchen, bathroom with an electric shower and adjoining WC room. The lounge/dining area has a window overlooking the courtyard. The double bedroom is a step up from the lounge with an open archway. If you need place for a 3rd guest, please request this for an added fee so we can assemble the sofa bed for you which is in the lounge. There is also a satellite TV and closet space. The photos will give you a better idea of the layout. We do hope you have a comfortable stay and use the flat as a handy base to be able to visit the wonderful sites around West Cornwall.
