Guest access Sparky’s offers a beautiful view of Lake Hudson though it’s not directly lakefront. Other things to note You may be wondering where the name Sparkys Hideaway came from. Well, Sparky was our cat, a fluffy black and white feline that was quite curious and had the habit of disappearing for hours at a time. We never knew where she was but always returned home happy and content. After we purchased the cabin and began renovations Sparky would often follow us inside and make herself right at home and often didn’t want to leave. We finally realized Sparky had been “hiding out” over the years in the neighbors house where she’d been well cared for! Our goal is to make every stay special. Whether you’re planning a birthday party , wedding, or weekend retreat, we’re there to help. If you need anything prior to arrival such as a fire in the pit or ice in the freezer, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate, Sparky’s has been a natural settlement area for thousands of years. Located at the confluence of three rivers, it provided Native Americans with a strategic viewpoint overlooking the valley and its wildlife, as well as a crucial water source for both people and animals. You can have one vehicle in the garage and your EV charging outside. Charger will work with other makes of vehicles with proper adapter. Security of the property is monitored by two PTZ video cameras that record live video. One on the post by the front door, and another on the tree overlooking the parking area. There are no cameras inside the house.
