It has ample space to move around a vehicle. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the here that you can use. A gas grill is located in the garage. A variety of house maintenance supplies are located here. Garage provides immediate access to the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen is galley style with fully updated countertops, cabinets and appliances. The formal dining room is open to the kitchen. The dining room table seats 6. There is additional 4 folding chair and round table seating available in the hall closet off the dining room. The enclosed porch is right off the kitchen/dining room. It is completely screened in with sky lights. One whole section has blinds to provide privacy and sun shade. The porch has a matching love seat, two chairs and a table with gas fire element in the middle. Views of the lake, backyard and neighborhood. Garage and yard access off the porch. Additional space for seating or exercise. NO LAKE ACCESS The living room is also open to the kitchen through a doorway. The living room has a full couch and electric recliner. Entertainment center with fireplace element, houses the Roku TV. The house internet allows watching of your favorite shows. The living room is separated into two parts. The living space and a small office space. Office consists of a small desk, chair and printer along with some miscellaneous office supplies. WiFi capability. GAMES, TOYS, PUZZLES AND BOOKS located in the hutch in the corner or the living room! Main bathroom is located in the hallway. It has a walk-in shower. Shower has handicap modifications such as a bench at the back, wand attachment and grab bars. Toilet area also has a grab bar. Single sink, medicine cabinet and plenty of storage. Linen closet located in the hallway. It has extra supplies. Front bedroom has a queen size bed. Walk-in closet, two dressers and a side table. Headboard has built in lighting. The WASHER and DRYER are located in this room behind bi-fold doors. Washer and dryer are compact and may take longer than the average size to complete loads. Windows with a view of the lake. Back bedroom has a queen size bed. Closet with built-ins and side table. Private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, single sink, medicine cabinet and plenty of storage. Shower has a wand attachment and grab bar. Windows with a view to the back yard and neighborhood. Lower level can be accessed by exterior yard entrance and also by a flight of stairs with a chair lift option. Lower Level landing has a restricted access door, left. To the right, there is an open concept bedroom and living space. Two twin beds, side tables and clothing storage cabinets. On the opposite side of the room is a living space with couch, entertainment center and TV. Sauna and exercise bike are located here as well. Exterior doors open to a small outdoor patio with a view of the lake. Lower level has a toilet and single sink on a vanity cabinet. NO SHOWER on lower level. NO LAKE ACCESS! 2min- local dining & grocery 25min-Chillicothe (Walmart) Guest access NO LAKE ACCESS! Guests have access to the garage, enclosed porch, outdoor patio, upstairs and downstairs living areas. There is a restricted portion of the downstairs used for storage that will be locked. Evidence of tampering or theft will result in fines and/or be reported to the local authorities. There is a fireplace in the dining room but it does not work, please do not attempt to build a fire or burn anything in it.
