The space For the comfort of our guests, the property features: - Studio with 1 double bed, sofa, wardrobe, flat-screen Smart TV, and air conditioning; -Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with table and 2 chairs; - 1 Social Bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed and bath linens (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - No garage; NOTE: Guest entry will be allowed only after the documentation is registered at the front desk. Additionally, if the guest is accompanied by vehicles, it is necessary to provide the license plate and model for identification. This procedure is mandatory and must be completed at least one day before check-in (please contact the host in advance to send the information for all guests). * The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom are provided, as well as bed linens for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. We gladly accept your pet for an extra fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid directly to the host at check-in; - Pets must relieve themselves only on the street.
