Historic 1859 farmhouse - Sister Grove Farm is our home - and our favorite place on earth. When you come visit, you will be welcomed by 149 acres of rolling pastures along with cattle, sheep, and chickens - two ponds - a prayer labyrinth - and the largest American Elm in the state of Texas. The space Step into history with this restored home designated by a State of Texas historical marker – *now with NEW FIBER OPTIC HIGH SPEED INTERNET – *capacity 8-9 with sleeping accommodations of one bedroom (one full-size bed) and an upstairs sleeping loft (seven twin beds) *linens, pillows, and blankets included *Bathroom has one large walk-in shower, one sink, and one potty *Kitchen has one oven with four burner gas stove, a microwave, and a wood-burning pizza oven! *Also a wine frig (BYOB) - *Comfortable living area includes a wood-burning fireplace *There is also an office area with a desktop computer and a small washer and dryer. *While there are modern conveniences in this historic home, there is very intentionally no television. Sit on the porch and enjoy the best show there is - outdoors. Sorry but NO Smoking - and NO Pets
