Cabolutan's calm waters and picturesque sunset are perfect for solo traveler, friends, and families. Fast Wi-fi up to 100mbps, powered by Starlink, is also included. Getting Here ✔ 3-5 minutes from San Agustin Town Proper and Port Terminal ✔ Up to 1 hour from Looc town and Looc Port Terminal. ✔ Up to 1.5 hours from Odiongan Port Terminal (1 hour via private transport) ✔ 30-45 minutes from San Andres Town ✔ 2.5-3 hours from Sta.Fe Town ✔ 30-45 minutes boat ride from Romblon, Romblon Town and Magdiwang, Sibuyan. Travel Tip for Guests Coming from Caticlan If you’re traveling from Caticlan, we highly recommend taking a 2GO ferry and planning your trip accordingly. This is the most convenient and comfortable option. We don’t recommend taking the Sta. Fe Port route to Tablas. The sea crossing on this route can be a bit rough, and public transportation from Sta. Fe is very limited. You would likely need to hire a pricey habal-habal (motorbike taxi) to reach us, which may not provide the best experience. For reference, our place is about 2 to 2.5 hours from Sta. Fe Port. We want your trip to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible — if you have any questions about travel options, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help! Need transportation? We have 2 scooters available for rent, one (1) NMAX and (1) PCX motorbikes for rent for just ₱500/day inclusive of 2 half-face helmets. For car and private Van vehicles, Let us know in advance, and we can help arrange private land transport for you. Traveling to nearby towns or islands We provide free transport going to San Agustin Port terminal for those staying the night to catch the ferry schedule going to Romblon, Romblon (BonBon Beach) and Sibuyan (Mt. Guiting Guiting) at 4:00am in the morning. Wifi access and working table will be provided upon check-in. Other things to note Guests are encouraged to bring mosquito repellent for use during the evening, especially when enjoying the outdoor areas. For convenience, guests can borrow our e-bike, subject to availability, to explore or go to San Agustin town proper or Market. Additionally, boat rentals are available for guests who wish to explore the nearby islands and enjoy the coastal beauty of San Agustin. Additional note for guests: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we request that guests keep noise to a minimum, especially during the night time hours. To ensure your comfort, our beach house is designed to allow natural airflow, keeping the space cool and breezy. Additionally, Globe cellular signal in the area may be weak from 1 to 2 signal bars and Smart from 2 to 3 signal bars, but rest assured, our Wi-Fi is strong with up to 100mbps and reliable for your internet needs. In case of power outages, our primary Wi-Fi _UncleFred_5G will not be affected as our starlink internet is powered by a chargeable and uninterrupted power supply (UPS) - Ecoflow Delta, that can last up to 13 hours. Two-Way Communications: For your convenience, we also provide a walkie talkie for radio communication during your stay. You can contact or send a message to our caretaker using the walkie talkie radio. The instruction on how to use the radio is in the house rules and manual.
