Stunning ocean & hills view top floor apartment

This designer apartment has just been renovated. It has a magnificent view over the ocean and is 30 seconds walk from the beach of Praia das Maças. You can enjoy the view from a convenient balcony with sun umbrellas. It has an underground parking space which is very convenient as this place is very popular with both tourists and locals. It is not a modern building, built in the 80s, so it doesn’t have an elevator.please not that the MINIMAL stay is 12 nights. The space The apartment easily houses 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with kind size beds and private bathroom each ( master bed room has a bath tub, the smaller one - a shower) and there is an unfold sofa in the lounge. The apartment is fully equipped and has 2 king size beds with excellent matrasses. It is my second home, not a commercial property, so I hope you will enjoy it. Near the apartment there are many restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, on the other side of the building itself there is a good Indian restaurant. All restaurants and bars are located within walking distance of 2-3 minutes at max. Praia Das Maçãs also has a minimarket where you can always buy any food, baked goods and wine. If you want fresh fish and meat, there is a market called “Mercado da Praia Das Maçãs” which is open from morning to 2 p.m. every day of the week, even on Sundays. Again, all these are within walking distance. But if you want a more refined choice, then there are large supermarket chains 5 to 25 minutes drive away: Continente, Lidl, Pingo Doce, Auchan. Please note once again (it was stated in the apartment description already ) that the building is old and does not have an elevator, the apartment is located on the 4th floor (also the last floor of the building) you will have to walk up the stairs. The walls of the staircase need repairing and the condo minimum can start this process any day, so we apologise for any inconvenience if upon your arrival the repairs are going on. The apartment boasts a long and convenient balcony which has a bar counter where you can always enjoy the beautiful view and sunset with a glass of wine or have a sit down breakfast. The apartment is equipped with a fireplace and you can always use it; you can buy ecological wood in the Continente supermarket. Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Please pay attention to the fact that this is a building without an elevator. The apartment is on the 4th floor, the stairs are not high but still you need to climb them. For stays longer than 1 week a deposit of 300 euros in needed Which will be returned during the check-out process. Registration Details Exempt
