Complete with 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own King size bed, each bedroom with their own walk in closet space. Living room has a large eclectic comfy couch and sitting chair in the open living area, a full size kitchen complete with coffee bar, microwave, full fridge, oven, table and chairs for 4, and a spacious comfy walk in bathroom. The bar is amazing!! You will enjoy the quality of the hand crafted bar, made lovingly from solid gleaming wood and complete with ambient soft lights for that night time romantic mood or to watch a game! A fun space, romantic if you choose, a sense of humor, luxury on a country resort style setting. Walk out the front door from your suite to any of the outdoor areas, pond, pool. NOTE: The hot tub is conveniently located at poolside. Literally 3 steps from the hot tub to be in the pool! The resort style hot tub & pool are shared ONLY with our hosts and 2 private guest houses. There is a short walk, literally 30 steps, from your guest house to the pool area. NOTE: please note that the grounds are available for walking. In that light, please be sure that you are physically capable of walking on lawns with typical uneven terrain, and going up and down minimal steps to the various decks. Guest access You have your own private entrance, keyless entry. Your code is emailed to you the morning of your arrival. Door codes are active at check in time of 4:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon. We do require a brief Rental Agreement which will be emailed to you after you book your dates. You can read and sign it electronically. We do require a security deposit hold of 500.00 which is authorized 2 days before your check in ad released in full pending no damages, 7 days after check out. Once we receive the Rental Agreement, you will start receiving emails with all the directions and information about your room, including the door code. You have 2 private parking spaces conveniently right in front of The Dragon Den. No children and no pets accepted, no exceptions. Adults only. Washer & dryer are available in The Dragon Den for your convenience. This guest house is set up for short or longer term stays depending on your needs.
