Enjoy Whistler from our modern and renovated 1 bdrm+den, 2 bathrooms! Our apartment is located in Whistler Marketplace at the north end of the main Village Stroll. Enjoy local life from a quiet area. Walking distance of grocery and liquor stores, Starbucks, Olympic Plaza, ski lifts, and the rest of Whistler. Stay inside our comfortably furnished condo and enjoy the cable, or a dip in the hot-tub in the common area. We also offer high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen and in suite laundry! The space Our apartment is the largest in the Market Place Lodge. Entirely renovated and modern, well lit and cozy, we offer fast cable internet. TVs are available in the living room and main bedroom, with cable in both. Kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We leave an Instant Pot available to you. You will also have a boiler, a coffee grinder and drip coffee machine, and French press. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, a king-size bed, and views of the mountain. The den is smaller and has windows giving on the dining area, with a queen-size bed and twin-size top bunk bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is comfortably suitable for 5 people. We also have plenty of storage across rooms. A few games are available and can be used for all ages. You can enjoy a dip in the hot-tub in the common area. Keep in mind it is shared with other guests of the building. We have an in-apartment storage room to leave your ski or bike gear, with 3 wired shelves perfect to let your gear to dry, and ski racks ; as well as a bench to easily put on your ski boots. The apartment has one reserved parking spot in the underground parkade. There are a few paid visitor parking spots available on reservation, and a Tesla super-charger right next to the parkade entrance. There is a bike storage room shared with other guests and locked with a key-fob (we never had issues, but use at your own risk), and a bike cleaning station. Entrance to the parkade is 7ft (2.13m) high. Parking spot is 7'1" (2.16 cm) large. This accommodates most vehicle, but if yours is over-sized, please ensure it will fit (we can park our Sienna minivan, or a Chevy Tahoe in the spot). Unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate larger vehicle. The entire apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay. We ask that you please take out excess garbage on checkout (no more than 1 garbage bag, and all recycling must fit in the recycling bin). Please note that the apartment only has a small AC unit in the living room, and it can get hot inside in the summer. We provide fans to help circulate the air inside. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment, hot-tub in the common-area, parking lot, bike cleaning station, and shared bike storage room (locked with fob). Other things to note If available, the visitor parking spots can be booked daily for $15 + tax. Two larger spots are available for $20. Payment is available in the parking. Both require booking. Overnight occupancy is strictly limited to 5 guests. Special requests, such as early check-in or late check-out, must be made ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee availability. We may charge a premium for extended access to the property. Unless explicitly allowed to, you may not enter the apartment before check-in time, and you must have left the property and parking stall at check-out time.
