The space Our location is ideal for summer getaways but also perfect for winter snowmobiling trips. VAST trails are located at the end of the lake which makes this house an ideal base camp for winter adventure. This area beckons the outdoor enthusiast to come and unwind. Many amazing hiking trails are located close by in the White Mountains. Trails to Percy Peaks and Mt Cabot are within a 30-40 minute drive. If birding is calling you to the area, Silvio O. Conte National Refuge is just 20 minutes away and offers world class birding opportunities during summer months. Maidstone is located roughly 20 minutes from the nearest stores in Bloomfield VT and Groveton NH. Lancaster and Colebrook are 30 minutes away and offer more options for dining and shopping. The house itself is fully stocked with everything you will need for a few nights or a few weeks! It is equipped with a full range oven, outdoor grill, smart TV and high speed internet. The property can comfortably sleep 9 people with 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 twin and a bunk bed. There are 2 common room spaces for everyone to hang out and relax on rainy days or after soaking in the sun all day at the lake. A washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. Guest access Guests will be able to access most of the property although some sheds may be locked. A lockbox is provided for key access.
