The space Located in the Sydney suburb of Roselands, this house features a spacious and comfortable layout with convenient access to shops, cafes, train stations, and the airport. It’s perfect for groups of friends, couples, families, or business travellers seeking a convenient and relaxing getaway in Sydney. Enjoy a great location within walking distance to Roselands Shopping Centre, Lantern Club, and Bennett Park, ALDI and Coles supermarket. Getting around is incredibly easy! The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and it takes you to Narwee and Punchbowl station, and it’s only a 20-minute ride to Sydney CBD and Sydney International Airport. Other things to note *No parties or events allowed. Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors. *No pets allowed. *No smoking. *All children under 14 years of age must be supervised by an adult (18 or older) while in the pool. *Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. *We reserve the right to request IDs and a deposit from all guests prior to check-in for security purposes. Extra Guests: We provide linens and towels based on the number of guests in the booking. An extra fee will be charged for additional guests, depending on the number staying at the house. In Australia’s tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don’t offer cancellations for this reason, we are always available to assist you. Pest control is carried out every 6 months, but small insects may still appear unexpectedly. For third-party or long-term bookings more than one week please send us an inquiry first, as we do not accept instant bookings. A refundable deposit and an additional weekly cleaning fee will be required, based on long-term booking conditions and the duration of the stay. Registration details PID-STRA-69437
