Well-ventilated apartment, practically in front of the beach, cozy and practical. Rent ONLY from 12/16 to 12/22 The space The apartment includes basic kitchen items such as dishes, glasses, cups, 4 pots, 1 frying pan, 1 pressure cooker, 2 pyrex, and 1 tray, however it does NOT provide cutlery. ATTENTION: if any kitchen item is broken, it is necessary to inform the concierge and pay for it. All rooms have ceiling fans. The apartment DOES NOT have bed/table/bath linen, only pillows are available. The apartment has a filter with a gallon of water (can be purchased at the entrance for an additional fee). Smart TV available in the apartments and also in a shared room in the lobby, with chairs and air conditioning. Apartment located on the back street of the Praia do Forte seashore, having to cross only the Forte mall (2-minute walk). It does not have a garage, however a car can be parked on the street, in front of the building. You must contact me after booking to send authorization for the apartment. Excellent place to spend time in peace with family and/or friends. Excessive noise is prohibited after 10 p.m. Rent ONLY from 12/16 to 12/22.
