Kokorono is located in a special environment, nestled in the mountains, with a river and waterfall within reach, and in the middle of nature, so you have to walk across the river to reach it. Please be sure to bring sandals or knee-high rubber boots appropriate for the season. This unexplored region of nature, isolated from human habitation, is sometimes closed to people due to weather conditions, but this inconvenience is transformed into a unique value. The space This is different from a rental villa because staff members are stationed in the cottages to take care of our guests . We do not carelessly intrude on our guests' privacy, but please understand that Kokorono is not a completely isolated rental villa. All water at Kokorono is 100% natural spring water, which is not accessible by waterworks, and we hope you will enjoy the open-air bath with this spring water as well as drinking it. Accommodations consist of a main cottage, a treehouse, and the open-air bath . If the number of guests is 6 or less, only the main cottage can be used, and from 7 or more, the treehouse can be used together. If you would like to use the treehouse for a smaller group, please contact us. Bedding in both the main cottage and treehouse will be Japanese-style bedding. Please understand that we ask our guests to prepare their own bedding at bedtime in order to make use of the space more spacious. Apart from the cancellation policy of Airbnb, we reserve the right to refuse a reservation if we deem it unsafe to stay at Kokorono due to rising water caused by bad weather conditions. Please understand that we are dealing with nature, which we have no control over at times. The final decision will be made at 3:00 p.m. on the previous day. If we decide to cancel the reservation for safety reasons, we will ask the guest to cancel the reservation and if we decide not to accept the reservation, we will not charge the guest for the cancellation.
