Located on the 2nd and top floor of a small house with 4 apartments. 🐶 Small dogs under 15 kg are welcome. The space 🌟 Charming apartment under the rooftops in Meyssac🌞 Enjoy an old attic renovated by my parents and me, bright and sunny, offering unobstructed views of the village and the 15th-century red sandstone bell tower. A warm place where every detail has been thought out for your comfort and enjoyment. The property is fully air conditioned. Located on the 2nd and top floor, it has a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, blender, citrus press, baking equipment, etc.), a dining area and a comfortable living room. The separate bedroom includes a 160x200 storage bed and an office area. Sofa bed (140 x 200) to accommodate up to 4 people. Spacious bathroom and laundry room with private washer and dryer. Board games, books, TV, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ (with your own codes) are available. 🐶Small dogs under 15 kg are allowed, as long as they are house-trained. The apartment is too small for a larger dog. ⚠️ For families with children: the apartment is not suitable for young children. The stairs cannot be made safe because there are two sliding doors on either side of the stairwell. Parental vigilance is essential. ⚠️ For tall people: one step of the stairs requires slightly lowering your head. 📍 1 min from Collonges-la-Rouge and close to many of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Shops within walking distance, local market twice a week and 3 times a week in summer. Guest access You have access to the entire home. You can park your bikes in the back. I draw your attention to the fact that access to the apartment is on the 1st floor via a wide and comfortable staircase. Inside the apartment, the living rooms are located on the 2nd floor via another narrower staircase. You have to lower your head at one step if you measure more than 1.70 m. This one is not safe for young children.
