Farm-based lodge

Relax as a couple, family, or with friends at this peaceful farm-based getaway. Set in Dunswell, a small village just outside of Hull, our Airbnb offers one double bed, sofa bed, and a cosy sitting room, including a TV with A full SKY package with movies and sports channels. The kitchen/diner includes an espresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and toaster. We are fully dog friendly but please note that the lodge garden is not fully enclosed; dogs must be kept on a lead when outside The space The lodge has a cosy living area with a kitchen diner, a bedroom, and a bathroom. There is a double bed, as well as a double sofa bed. Please let us know if you wish to use the sofa bed so we can make it up for you. There is WIFI and a full SKY package including movies Other things to note If you want to smoke there is an ashtray outside the door for your use. Strictly no smoking inside the lodge, please. In the garden there is a BBQ that is for your use. Inside you will find a charcoal pack ready to go and there is a firelighter in the kitchen. BBQ utensils are in the kitchen. The fire pit is also for your use. We provide one bag of logs for your use … the garage down the road sells logs by the bag . We are very dog friendly here. Your furry friends are very welcome. The garden is not secure though, so please keep your dog on a lead outside the lodge as we have other dogs, horses, cats, and livestock around. There is a dog bed and dog towel for the lodge if needed (let us know if you are bringing a dog!). We do have a 1 acre fully secured dog walking field next to the lodge that is available for you to use when it is empty (please enquire with us prior to use). It has a range of agility activities for your dogs to enjoy. Our dog field is open from 6am to 8pm so there may be dogs barking occasionally,we do ask our dog field users to keep noise to a minimum especially early in the morning . You are welcome to go walking in our fields, though please do not enter fields that have horses in. Be aware that all electric fencing is on. It isn’t dangerous but can make your hair stand on end! Please shut all gates behind you. Please do not feed the horses. There is lots to do in the local area and we have provided some leaflets in the lodge for you. There is an activity park just up the road towards Beverley, next door to our left offer alpaca walking, Hull is on our doorstep, we are 30/40 minutes away from beautiful beaches and 1 hour 30 minutes away from the North Yorkshire moors. Just Eat deliver just about anything to our door, so feel free to make use of them, too! Kate, Nelson, and Sam will usually be around. If you need anything just ask or message and we’ll do what we can asap :)
