Kitchenette with a one-burner electric stove, (light cooking) because the space is small and closed, a folding table with 2 chairs, electric kettle, a fridge, personal blender, microwave, a mini grill and kitchenware. A spacious bathroom with an electric shower. The safe place. Separate entrance. 2nd floor. The space The mini apartment has a separate entrance, located on the 2nd floor of my house/family home. It has a kitchenette, full and private bathroom. Your stay will be pleasant and I'll be happy to assist you with whatever you need. Other things to note The Mini apartment has a very good location, quiet and safe!!! Very close to the San Borja Children's Hospital (a 10-minute walk), to the Univ. Mayor de San Marcos Veterinary School, close to two parks for exercising, a nearby laundry, bakery, grocery store and close to a supermarket (Plaza Vea). Good location, easy access to different public transportation services, red buses, throughout Av. Javier Prado, there are also bus and minibus lines on Av. Circunvalación and/or Panamerica.
