All bedrooms have smart TVs with Roku, Roku Live Guide app and other streaming apps. Netflix is available for 3 persons watching it at the same time. There are AC controlled with Nest, high speed Wifi 40 Mbps, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker, microwave, fully stocked and remodeled with open concept kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, propane BBQ Grill, 2 sets of Maytag washers and dryers. 1 car in garage, 2 cars on driveway, and 2 cars in front of the house. Max is 5 cars. Absolutely NO parking in front of the neighbors' houses. For families with little ones, There's a pack and play, high chair, baby bath tub, stroller, beach toys and children books. You’ll get my personal attention and service. There are exterior security cameras and 1 camera without sound in my locked closet. Cleanliness is my priority. I would prefer no shoes in the house since the floors are so light and hard to keep clean. You can bring your own house slippers.
