House boat unique experience!

Enjoy the lovely setting, whether you want to celebrate with your partner or retreat by yourself, this floating off grid home offers comfortable space for 2 adults, with private deck, perfect for lounging, dining, or simply enjoying the stunning ocean views. Include free parking and an electric motor dinghy (with maximum capacity of 3 person or 354 lbs) to go back and forward to the houseboat and to enjoy the area, also we provide a guided check-in to make the best of your experience. The space Water: The houseboat has a capacity of 60 gallons of freshwater (around 3 days). Renters are strongly encouraged to keep each shower to a maximum of 5 minutes and to close the sink’s faucet when not in usein order to conserve it. Generator: A gasoline-powered generator is provided on board. The generator needs to be turned on to use the A/C unit and the microwave and to recharge the batterys cloudy days. The phone charge that is by the bed or the LED lights that wrap around the room are battery-powered and turning on the generator is not necessary. In the rare event that these items have no power, it is a sign that the generator needs to be turned on to charge them.We provide fuel for 8 hours a day of AC use. Food: Guests are responsible for bringing their own food and drinking water on board (one cannot guarantee that freshwater in the tanks is safe for drinking). We recommend bringing two or three bags of Ice. Grilling is a great option onboard! Dinghy: Electric motor dinghy (with maximum capacity of 3 person or 354 lbs). The electric motor has a range to navigate from the dock to the houseboat 7 times round trip. Only use dinghy at day time. WAIVER AND RELEASE Due to the unique nature of the property and the aquatic activities involved, guests expressly assume all risks during their stay and agree to release the host from liability for any kind of negligence. Other things to note - The guided Check-in needs to be between the hours set here (1:00pm-3:00pm) or there is a late check-in option for an extra cost of $100 if you need it. - Small pet fee $100 -The electric motor dinghy has maximum capacity of 3 person or 354 lbs. The hours allowed to sailing is from dawn to dusk. Do not use Dinghy at night
