Welcome to our peaceful mountaintop retreat! With stunning views of the Green Mountains and the slopes at Stowe, this beautiful modern home is the perfect spot for a relaxing trip. This all electric house was built in 2022 with top of the line finishes, clean Scandinavian design, and features a stone patio overlooking the mountains. Only 10 minutes from Stowe Village and 15 minutes from Stowe Mountain, experience the feel of a woodland retreat while being only minutes from the amenities of town! The space Bright, spacious, newly built home with huge windows overlooking the Green Mountains. Quiet, secluded, and peaceful yet only minutes to the ski slopes and excellent hiking, this house delivers the best of both worlds! The main floor has a cozy den with a Smart TV where you can log in to your streaming accounts, a bathroom, and an open floorplan living room, dining space, and spacious kitchen. The upstairs has a library (that guests are welcome to peruse!) with a desk overlooking the mountains. Gigabit ultra high-speed fiber internet makes working from home a breeze. The bedroom features an Avocado organic mattress and ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that is available for guest use. Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or watch the sunset over the mountains from the back patio. No parties or loud outdoor music, please be mindful of our neighbors in this peaceful oasis! Please note: unfortunately wood stove is not available for guest use.
