These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies. ✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Other things to note FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee - $100 per pet, only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens (please avoid letting dogs on the beds), wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture). No more than 2 dogs allowed. FYI, booking includes and is protected by our damage protection program. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are 10pm to 9am. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community and neighbors, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards.
