Stylish country idyll in the southern heath. Pure nature!

Our vacation home in the Südheide is a wonderful place for anyone who longs for a natural retreat. With four lovingly furnished bedrooms and the bright wooden beams that create a warm, inviting atmosphere, the house offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. The open living area with fireplace invites you to cozy evenings, and the terrace is perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings overlooking the sunset. Here you will experience unforgettable moments surrounded by nature. The space You enter the Heidehaus through a cobbled courtyard lined with heather. The entrance terrace of the house is right in front of you. This is also the autonomous key check-in. When you open the front door, you enter a bright hallway that opens to the left into a large, light-flooded living room with a spacious fitted kitchen and dining area. Everything here is bright and furnished in such a way that children and adults can feel comfortable immediately. A cozy sofa corner right in front of the fireplace makes it cozy and warm in the evening. To the right of the entrance is a separate smaller bedroom – a good retreat. Straight ahead you will find the modern, small bathroom with shower, furnished with natural wood. From the living room, you go through a large terrace door directly to the south-west facing, spacious terrace with large dining table and barbecue area. Parallel to this, also directly adjacent to the terrace, is the "retro room" full of cozy details from the past. A wooden staircase leads to the upper, also spacious attic floor. Here you will find a fun children's room with a single bed, an open TV room with a sofa bed and a closed bedroom with a large double bed and workplace. This room offers a particularly beautiful view to the west, where the sun sets over the fields. A view for connoisseurs! All in all, the house exudes a lot of coziness and openness – and at the same time has a lot of space, but also many possibilities for retreat. Guest access For the holiday guests, the entire house including garden is freely accessible. Feel at home and use all items as carefully as if they were your own. Other things to note The Heidehaus is in the middle of the Südheide, a park-like nature reserve. It is located on the edge of a small vacation home area near Knesebeck, in the middle of nature between fields, forests and heathland. If you like small towns: Celle and Lüneburg are just around the corner. At the same time, there is a well-equipped grocery store, pharmacy, church and gas station nearby (1 km away). One and a half kilometers away there is a very nice swimming lake in Knesebeck, with a large children's pool, children's beach and a supervised natural swimming lake. Right on the swimming lake there is an excellent Italian restaurant (Strandperle) Four bicycles are available in the house to explore the area by bicycle. There are beautiful bike paths in this landscape, small places with restaurants. About 16 km away (accessible by both bicycle and car) is a well-developed tourist lake (Bernsteinsee) with a sandy beach, playground and water skiing. Around the house is a 1100 m² natural garden, which offers plenty of space for games and recreation. There is also a large trampoline. For dogs, the run begins right in front of the garden gate – left into the forest, right through the fields. The whole property is fenced by a hunter's fence, so the dog knows where its territory ends.
