The space: Our house features 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a kids room with 2 single beds. A newly renovated bathroom features a shower and huge freestanding bathtub. The rest of the house is complimented with fresh and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living areas feature a large open style dining and lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you could reasonably expect in a holiday house has been included for your comfort. House rules: Although we accomodate pets on our property we kindly ask that they are outside pets only. As our house and furnishings have been freshly updated we do not allow pets inside the house or on any furniture Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Strict No party policy! ****Please note the Spa is NOT an included amenity and has been emptied and locked for your safety.*** No additional guests during your stay. All guests must be approved prior to arrival. 2pm check in and 10am check out. Guest access Whole house There is a locked cupboard and locked garden shed on site that is not accessible. No guest access to Spa. This has been disconnected for safety. Other things to note No guest access to the Spa. Spa has been emptied and locked for your safety.
