Incredible views, peaceful house 150m from the sea

ERW WEN is a beautiful and extremely comfortable self-catering holiday cottage at the Parrog (harbour) in Newport, Pembrokeshire. Located by the coastal path in the Pembrokeshire National Park there are wonderful sea views and the large sandy beach is one of the best in West Wales. Full central heating / hot water, and wood burning stove. Cooking is on an Aga, which also keeps you warm and dries your clothes. Newly listed on Airbnb, but we have been hosting for decades. The space Ground Floor Large kitchen/dining/garden room; Table can seat up to 10. There's also a Denon HiFi. Utility room off kitchen containing butler sink, washing machine, fridge/freezer and storage cupboards (and has drying lines). Large Living room with wood burning stove, 3 sofas, 2 chairs, 32" LCD digital TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, Humax PVR, bookcase with books, games and a small library of DVDs. Double bedroom with standard double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, 2 drawers under bed Bedroom with 2 child-sized bunk beds and chest of drawers Single bedroom with chest of drawers, drawers under bed. Access is through the living room. Bathroom. Bath also has a shower, basin and WC Cloakroom including separate shower room with WC and basin Hall with small desk and chair, bookcase and phone - useful work area. Upstairs Double bedroom with standard double bed (four storage drawers), built in cupboard and chest of drawers - spectacular sea views! Large garden overlooking Newport bay, with meadow and fruit trees. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, and surrounding field and garden (almost an acre in total). There is a large parking area that can take up to about 5 cars. There is also access to the garage which contains a Table Tennis Table, available for use. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We provide duvets and pillows, but guests need to bring a sheet, duvet covers and pillow cases for each bed. Beds are standard sizes. Towels and tea towels are also needed. (We are trying to arrange provision of linen, but haven't yet got this organised.) DURATION OF LET: We normally let by the week.
