Vila Kalani is a beach house with lots of privacy and rustic luxury, located in Ponta do Mel (Areia Branca) near Mossoró. It has 3 air-conditioned en-suites, queen-size beds, a 15m swimming pool with a lane and Jacuzzi, a gas barbecue, pergola and ocean view, an equipped American kitchen and a beach tennis court. The space Vila Kalani was inspired by Casa Mandra in Mykonos and was designed by renowned architects such as Marcos Campos (Fortim) and Luis Nepomuceno (Areia Branca) and the owner-designer Adrian Bollier. It combines the elegance and lightness of Greek architecture with the style, charm and materials of northeastern Brazil. It has large suites, all with air conditioning, naturally ventilated by giant pivoting partition doors taking advantage of the sea breeze and ceiling fans. It offers parking for up to 5 vehicles. It has showers with natural water from the site. The temperature is natural and can be warm or naturally heated by the dune. It has no electric showers. Although the region is quiet, Vila Kalani cares about the safety of its guests. The property is fenced, with two locked gates and a 3-meter wall around the house, ensuring privacy and protection. We have a local caretaker and, on demand, offer additional night security. Our dogs in the yard also reinforce security. Guest access Access is marked with the Vila Kalani logo on the RN-404 road. The entrance is at the cemetery on the left side along a 500 m dirt road. The key is handed over on site by the caretaker.
