Starbucks, Walmart… are just a min away from our property. It’s about 20 minutes away from downtown and less than 15 mins minutes away from Glenbrook Square mall. The space NOTE: This property has 3 security cameras. They are located at the front door, garage, and backyard. This one-story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own closet w/ hangers, a queen sized bed, fresh linens, and lamps with USB/USB-C chargers. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a mounted 55” TV. Only the master bedroom’s closet has an ironing board and an iron for clothes. The 2nd bathroom is located between the two other bedrooms. All bathrooms have a first aid kit in the cabinet, shampoo, conditioner, vanity mirror, and all the essentials you need. The kitchen has the necessary appliances, kitchenware for preparing meals, dining table, and fire extinguisher. The connected door to the kitchen leads to the laundry area and garage. The carbon monoxide detector is located near the front entrance. There are two smoke detectors in the home. Beside the kitchen is an open living room with a 65” smart TV, ceiling fan, two couches, and a dedicated workspace. There’s a sliding door that leads out to the backyard. The entire backyard is fenced and has a patio area for your leisure. Guest access We will provide a code to enter the front door. This same code will be used to unlock the front door throughout your stay. *INSTRUCTIONS:* Enter the code on the touch screen. If the correct code was entered, the door latch will unlock. The front door will automatically lock itself within 30 seconds. NOTE: It can be locked manually by pressing the lock key once.
