This entire 2 family home for your exclusive use has hi-speed internet, 4 oversized bedrooms, ample closets, 2 kitchens, 2 baths, and 2 washer/dryers, and a game room in the basement. The decks offer spectacular mountain views. The house is surrounded by forests, a gorgeous stream and a little frog pond. Plenty of parking. The space In each of the 2 units there is a living room, a fully supplied kitchen with a new dishwasher and a new induction stove/oven, a bathroom, a washer+dryer and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a full bed. So the total property has 4 bedrooms: 4 queens and 2 fulls. Note: in case you have an infant, we have a high chair, a crib, and a portable playpen available. Guest access Guests can use the first floor and second floor units and the game room in the basement on the ground level. Other things to note Please note: the 2 units are accessible separately from the outside decks and are also connected through indoor stairs. No pets are permitted on the premises under any circumstances. This is very important, as we ourselves use our home and we suffer from allergies to dogs and cats. Smoking is not allowed in the house and on the decks. This is because we live in our home with our baby and also because of fire risk. If you do need to smoke, please use the designated area around the outdoor fire pit by the grills and collect your butts.
