The downstairs bedroom has a king size Sleep Number bed. One upstairs bedroom has a firm queen bed. 2nd upstairs bedroom has 2 full size beds. The futon in the sun room can sleep 1-2 people but is only heated to ~50F in the winter. Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Plenty of room for parking vehicles, trailers, ATV/UTV’s, snowmobiles, etc. There is 1 neighboring home on the north side of the property, which is usually vacant. It is an old & rustic home that we are continually improving. More to come next spring! Guest access There is a detached garage & pole building on the property that is not part of the listing or accessible by guests. On rare occasions the owner may need to access these buildings but would give guests ample notice. Other things to note The sun room is a 3 season room, kept at only 50 degrees in the winter. Can be used for working, gathering or sleeping in the winter if needed, but is chilly! The 2 bedrooms upstairs do not have ducted heat, but even in the middle of winter, is typically in the 60’s due to the radiant heat from the lower level. There is a safe space heater for use if needed.
