The house is equipped with an Instant hot water system. One bath is a ¾ bath and the other has a large step in tub and double shower heads. There is also a fully equipped office. The home is extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. There are Oriental rugs throughout on hardwood floors and art from the U.S.A., Spain, Russia, Italy and other countries. The living room has a HD flat screen TV, Direct TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc). There are vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room. The country kitchen is designed for a gourmet cook with a 36 inch Wolf range with griddle, Viking refrigerator, wine cooler and butcher block island. It is well equipped with small kitchen appliances, copper pots and pans and an abundance of flatware, glasses and dishes. On hand are all the essentials to cook including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a large selection of spices in addition to flour, sugar and all the baking needs.
