Access oak staircase. Sofabed available for extra guests on request. The space Property is accessed from an outdoor staircase, opening in to a large open plan living area with tea/coffee and breakfast facilities. The sofa can be made in to a sofa bed for additional guests. The bedroom features a king size bed. The bathroom has a wet room complete with underfloor heating (in winter). Guest access Entire space as outlined, plus use of the garden area. Other things to note We do have friendly and quiet dogs but they are a little nosey.
