Beautiful Site in Mairiporã in a delicious area!! Very close to São Paulo, 30 min from Metro Tucuruvi. Perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and be with family and friends! Beautiful house, 1 suite, crib, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, Fireplace, big barbecue area with tables and chairs, pizza oven, dollhouse, close to the river, in a quiet and very nice environment in the middle of nature. Beautiful property with 66,000m² of green and preserved area. The space The house is in the middle of nature, great for relaxing and spending great moments with friends and family. You will have real coexistence with nature without giving up comfort. The house has a fireplace and we have a river that passes through the property as well. Our structure is well looked after and we have spaces for several cars. We have horseback riding available as well (value separately). There is the possibility of tidying the rooms daily, as well as cook service (value separately). It is worth mentioning that the owners' house is not part of the lease and that eventually we may be in our house. Guest access Guests will have access to all the premises, the barbecue area with outdoor kitchen, wood oven, as well as feel at ease to stroll through our beautiful property, go to the river and enjoy everything as much as possible. Other things to note Here you will have a lot of tranquility and close to the city!! Your trip will be so short that you will enjoy arriving so fast! We do not provide sheets, towels or blankets. We prefer to keep the values low and each group brings its own bed liners. We have two houses in this place. If the other house is rented, the common spaces will be shared but the privacy will always be kept in the house you have rented.
