Well behaved dogs are allowed with a pet fee. A 3 minute drive gets you to the Meredith town docks and Hesky Park. Stroll through the local shops and visit the restaurants for a culinary delight. Take in the Meredith Sculpture Art Walk, or Weirs Beach is only a 10 min drive. The space New Hampshire is home to many summer and winter activities for the whole family. In the summer, take in one of many beaches, boating or hiking. In the winter, bring your skis and snowmobiles! Access Corridor 8 snowmobile trail is in front of the house. You are within a 30 minute drive from Waterville Valley and Ragged Mountain ski areas! Gun Stock is 20 minutes away. The Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is perfect for gathering friends and family together all year round. A short stroll across the street you will find Waukewan Beach to the left and a boat launch to the right. It’s just a 3 minute drive to Meredith's town docks and boat launch at Lake Winnipesaukee. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 people. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and an attached full master bath. Sliding doors lead out to one of the decks. On the second floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed, one shared full bathroom with a smaller shower, and one queen loft bedroom with a daybed trundle. Downstairs is a kid's haven with 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 twin beds), a foosball table, pub table and 4 stools and board games. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a separate laundry room and extra refrigerator. There is also a second living room with a 65 inch tv, perfect for movie night. A sliding glass door leads out to the backyard. In the summer, you can host your family dinner on the outside patio, sit around the fire pit overlooking the lake or curl up by the fire in the living room on a cold night. This house has something for everyone during every season! We pride ourselves on being family friendly. We have 3 pack and plays which can be used as bassinets or portable cribs. Two of the pack and plays have changing tables and portable bassinets for even the smallest of guests (please request at booking). We also have a portable changing pad and baby gate. For your convenience, we offer a full size high chair and a booster seat high chair. We also provide two baby monitors, crib sheets and pads, changing pad covers and swaddle blankets. In the kitchen you will find children's plates, silverware and sippy cups. We are happy to accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs (no chewing furniture/scratching, no consistent barking, they are house-trained, and you pick up all of their waste outside). All dogs must be listed on the reservation and MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pets are not permitted on any furniture (couches, beds, chairs, etc.). Pets should not be left alone in or on the property at any time. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay to cover additional cleaning and wear and tear. Guests are fully responsible for the replacement cost of any damage. We supply 2 large orthopedic dog beds with washable covers. The daily rate includes up to 8 guests.
