Carriage House: Boat Ramp & Dock

Welcome to Neely Henry Lake! Our cozy Carriage House is located on a quiet cove with a private boat ramp and dock. This lakefront property is perfect for a fishing trip, golf trip, couples retreat, family vacation, and more. This private 3-bedroom, 2 full bath sleeps 6 and is located above the garage. *Only accessible by stairs 3 flights of stairs. This home may not be suitable for small children (lake access, glass tables, small game parts, high balcony). No pets allowed! Permit# 2025-147 The space The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and a large balcony with a lake view. Across from the primary bedroom there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full guest bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and living room has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves together. A large balcony with a lake view is located off the dining area. Washer & Dryer are located in laundry room in the hallway behind the wine bar. All rooms are equipped with Smart Roku TV’s. Additional spotlights: boat ramp, parking for trailer, private dock, small basketball court, two Kayaks are available for use at your own risk, two balconies with lake views, 1 car garage, and additional parking. Rainbow City STR Permit# - 2025-147 Please Note: *You have to go up three flights of stairs to access the living space. No pets allowed! No Trespassing on neighboring land and or property. This property is not childproof. There are items within the home that may not be toddler friendly (glass table, board games with small pieces, open access to lake, etc.). Please make sure minors have on lifejackets at all times when near the water, there are no fences surrounding the property. No Diving off the dock into the lake; the water is only 54” +/- deep right off the dock; swim at your own risk. Kayaks are available for use at your own risk. You can bring your own boat and use the private boat launch; trailer parking is available on the backside of the carriage house next to basketball court. There is a shared drive, please do not block the other garage doors. Please double check your dates before booking. We will not edit reservations. If you need to make changes, you will have to cancel and rebook within your cancellation period. Check-in Instructions Use your key code for front door. Your key code will be sent to you 24 hours before your stay but will not activate until your check-in date and time. Garage can be opened once inside. *Must checkout before 11:00am as cleaning crew arrives promptly at 11:05am. PLEASE put all used towels in the laundry room. The bedding will be changed by cleaning staff. Turn off all lights Please make sure dirty dishes are placed in kitchen sink or dishwasher (Not necessary to run) Please lock the outside door when your leave. Close the garage door.
