The field at the side of the bungalow (not enclosed) and the back gated paddock are provided with the bungalow for your use– this is a big area. These belong to us also and we are happy for you to go into them, but they are not kept to the standard of a normal domestic garden. Next door is our main house. Both properties have separate private entrances and fully enclosed gardens to maintain privacy. There is shared access to the driveway, but ample parking for at least 10 cars. You will find that there is another lawn behind the main house and another gated area in the front garden, these are exclusively for the use of the occupants of the main house. There is an old tree house in the front garden which is pretty to look at, but not suitable for any use or for children to play in it. The use of the tree house is strictly prohibited and is not included in the rental. Other things to note Multiple local golf courses are available as are some of the best Salmon and Sewin (Seatrout) fishing in the UK on the rivers Towy, Teifi, Gwilli and Cothi, a personal ghillie and permit can even be arranged for you. It is a perfect base for anyone wishing to fish the Golden Grove or Abercothi Estates waters.
