PLEASE NOTE rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for a maximum of 15 days. The space This accommodation sleeps 8. It consists of: A living room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms including 2 with 160 x 200 bed and the other 2 beds of 140 x 200, 2 bathrooms, a mezzanine. Outside you will find: Swimming pool, 2 terraces, barbecue, car shelters, private garden, enclosed and electric gate. You will find everything you need for cooking, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo, kettle, gas hob, mixer, pots... Also 1 washing machine and dryer, 1 TV and Wi-Fi available. CAUTION: - No smoking in the house. - No pets. - Respect the rules of good neighborliness to be applied. - Children must be supervised by adults when swimming. No bath linens provided. - Pool commissioning from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather. -The tenant must have liability insurance and will be held responsible for any damage. A security deposit of €1000 will be requested upon arrival and returned after an inventory before your departure. - The rental must be returned clean, if not, a fee of €80 will be requested. Other things to note Possibility to provide linens and towels for an additional €60. This includes: - 1 set of sheets per bed. -1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person. - Pool is accessible from mid-June to mid-September.
