Well-located house, just 100 meters from Itaguaçu Beach, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants, tourist spots and transportation. The waterfront is bordered by a bike path / boardwalk, facilitating walks overlooking the sea, bike rides, and is close to the Perequê neighborhood, where many sporting and recreational events take place. We are located between two of the most important points of Ilhabela, the Perequê Shopping Center and the Village. The space Our house is simple, spacious and ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy Ilhabela with a good location and practicality. We are just 100 meters from Itaguaçu Beach, close to the pier, bike path, markets and restaurants. Upon entering the house, you will find a large, airy room that connects the other rooms. To the right of the living room are two bathrooms: 1 social WC 1 accessible bathroom for people with disabilities Also, there's a third bathroom inside one of the bedrooms. - Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (in front of the living room), with 1 more bathroom 1 double bed Note: This room leads to Room 2, Room 3 and the kitchen, and is not fully private. Bedroom 2 (to the right of Bedroom 1) — the most private 1 double bed Independent environment, ideal for those seeking total privacy. Bedroom 3 (accessed through Bedroom 1) 1 double bunk bed (two single beds) Note: It is a walk-through room, located on the way to the kitchen. Kitchen Located at the back of Room 3, equipped with the basics for preparing meals. To the left of the entrance there is a space with a barbecue, industrial stove, tables and chairs. Guest access The guest has access to the entire cottage, which has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen and outdoor area that allows for outdoor dining and barbecue. Other things to note The area is quiet and peaceful, however, please be advised that there is a car wash next to the property, and although it is not constant, there may be noise at times. We offer one full set of bed linens per guest and towel kits (face and body) at check-in. But we DO NOT EXCHANGE these items during the stay, regardless of the length of the reservation. So that there are no mismatches on your check-in, I request that you be notified, in advance, of an approximate time of your arrival in Ilhabela. So I can program myself to receive them.
