A 30 minute drive to beaches & Disneyland. Between LA & San Diego. The perfect retreat oasis after endless adventures in the surrounding So Cal areas or just a place to escape city life… The space This is a cozy, comfy, bohemian space for those who have a history of hiking, camping, and planning adventures in the great outdoors! Detatched from the main residence and other guest unit on the property, this space gives the feeling of complete separation and immersion in nature. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ONLY SPACE ON THE DRIVEWAY FOR ONE CAR PER UNIT. THE DRIVEWAY IS AT A 45 DEGREE ANGLE (steep) because we are located on a mountainside. If you are not comfortable with this, please find a location that suits your needs better. Please do not block the driveway as it is a firelane. Guests will stay exclusively in the guest cottage designated areas, unless prior arrangements with owners have been made in writing. Signs are posted throughout the property. Please see above for additional clarification. The property is also divided and secured in this way to ensure safety of four pets in primary residence area. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire back portion of this half acre property clearly designated by signage, as well as the full size refrigerated and freezer located in the garage. There is also space in the garage for additional adventure gear if needed. Other things to note PLEASE PRINT THE DIRECTIONS PROVIDED OR MESSAGE ME BEFORE YOU DRIVE IN. THERE IS ONLY VERIZON IN THIS CANYON AND YOUR NAVIGATION WILL NOT WORK. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT COMING IN AFTER DARK ON YOUR FIRST DRIVE IN. THE CANYON ROAD IS NOT WELL LIT. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A MOUNTAIN/FOREST RETREAT. IF YOU ARE NOT ACCUSTOMED TO MOUNTAIN ROADS, INTERNET RECEPTION, AND RESIDENCES, this might not be the best choice for you. There is one other guest cottage along the back of the property. Both units share a private walkway entrance to the guest area and also share access to the double hammock, BBQ, swing, outdoor seating, garage, laundry, refrigerator/freezer, etc.
