This is a walk out unit for direct access to the many amenities that the complex offers including, a resort style infinity-edge pool overlooking the lake, a swim spa, two swim docks, paved walkways leading to lakeside firepits, a fitness center, and a private boat launch with available trailer parking! The space The Havens is a small private complex with only 39 units so you can enjoy Luxury accommodations with privacy and seclusion. There is a 14x40 boat slip available for rent! This unit has a prime location on mile marker 13 near The Lodge of Four Seasons, where you will have front row seats to the lake’s best fireworks shows on Memorial Day, Labor Day, the 4th of July and more! This unit comes complete with luxury finishes, top of the line appliances, and elevators for stair free entry. Kitchen and Dining Area The stunning open concept kitchen features marbled granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for four, and a coffee bar with Keurig and drip coffee makers. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for six. Living Room The living room features a leather sectional sofa with dual recliners, end tables, mounted flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for access to the waterfront balcony. Master The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, wardrobe, floor length mirror, mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached master bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity sink. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo. Outside Out on the balcony you will find a bar height table with seating for four, four wicker chairs with glass top table, and a flat screen TV. Walk directly from the balcony down to the amenities that the complex has to offer! This unit is located directly next door to the fitness center. Guest access Your door code will be sent to you exactly 24 hours before your check in time, along with additional check in instructions. The door code will only be active from exactly 4:00pm on the day of check in to exactly 10:00am on the day of check out. Other things to note To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in.
