The space Guests are invited to immerse themselves in the natural beauty surrounding the property, whether they prefer engaging in exhilarating water sports during the warmer months or enjoying cozy nights by the fire while marveling at the breathtaking views of the winter landscape. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for culinary pursuits, while the peaceful sun room serves as an ideal spot to bask in the sunlight and take in the scenic landscape. The expansive master en-suite bathroom features a luxurious jetted tub, inviting guests to unwind after a day of exploration. This property boasts one king bedroom with its own private extra large master bathroom suite, two queen rooms; One upstairs with its own private bathroom and the other downstairs. One full bedroom, also on the main floor along with a convenient pull out bed in the living room for overflow kids or extra guests (upon request). The third full bathroom is right across the hall from the main floor queen bedroom and full bedroom. Guests are welcome to bring boats, jet skis and other water toys (none are included in the rental) and launch at the nearest public launch which is the Mullet Lake - Topinabee Boat Launch at the intersection of Woodruff St. and Lakeshore Drive. Boats can also be launched at Mullet Lake Village DNR Boat Launch. Please note that bringing any such water vehicles is completely at the risk of the guest and guests will be responsible for appropriately docking and operating their vehicles during their stay. There is no way to actually attach a boat to the dock here, you must have proper anchors. Water at the end of the dock is approximately 2.5-3ft deep. We have parking for trailers and toys just up Silver Beach rd. (walkable to the house). There is a grill and outdoor fire pit with two outdoor dining tables available for indoor/outdoor dining options. We keep the kitchen fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, and all essentials for cooking during your vacation. Find spare table cloths inside the white hutch in the kitchen/eating area that can be used for indoor/outdoor dining. A keurig coffee maker for single serving coffee in the mornings and an insta-pot for easy dinners are just a couple of the intuitive details you will find at the house. The neighborhood is considerably quiet, with little to no traffic and quite family friendly. Guest access The whole house is available for guests to use, aside from the closets near the laundry room with the keypad door knobs as well as the entire garage. No guests will have access to the garage or the detached bunk house. Other things to note The house is on well and septic - PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Do not use bath bombs or sugar scrubs in the jetted tub - it can clog and damage the jets.
