OU Luxury Retreat! Hottub + Heated Pool!

Located in the heart of OU's Campus - This Home provides all the luxury you're looking for while traveling to Norman! Backyard is private and has a resort worthy salt-water pool + Spa. This Home consists of 4 Bedrooms + 2 1/2 bathrooms + large game room & additional room for sleeping if needed for larger groups/kids! Backyard is incredibly spacious & has plenty of area to play outside or relax by the Pool! High-end build quality & character will truly make this feel like a Home away from Home! The space There are 4 bedrooms in this property. The primary suite is the largest & has its own private bathroom w/ a shower & tub wet-room combo. Primary suite has a King size bed & additional space is there in the case a baby bassinet or pack and play is needed to sleep within the room. All other additional bedrooms contain a queen sized bed w/ two of the rooms containing a full size trundle bed along with the queen bed. Each room has ample closet space & spare rooms all have access to a spacious bathroom. There is a large game room that can be used for sleeping space on either the couch or air mattresses can be provided upon request. The Pool in backyard can be heated throughout the Year (Daily fee of $125/day for heat -- no charge for Hottub!) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Home during their stay. The garage space is off limits - other than during storm season we will allow guests into the storm shelter if needed during stays. Other things to note The Pool is completely gated off so key access must be used to get to the pool for safety concerns for smaller children. Pool stays open all year long however will typically require heat from Oct-early May (see pricing below for heating Pool). Hottub can be heated upon request during stays (no charge) as well as slide can be used and turned on upon request. Controls for Slide & Hottub are managed by the owner. Pool Heat Pricing varies. (We try to adjust it dependent on weather) Oct - March $125/night April-May $100/night Typically mid May-August pool won’t require heat - but if it does need heated it will be around $50/day charge dependent on weather temps. These charges will be requested ahead of stay & paid additionally to booking. Heating can take up to 24 hrs to get to temp & requires that additional day to be charged as well.
