FIRE PIT: We have a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs WIFI: The wi-fi here is fast enough to get online and have a couple of streaming devices connected at ~69 Mbps. WASHER / DRYER: The laundry room is located on the main level. PATH TO DOCK: The pathway to the dock is wood stairs (4-5 flights) DOCK: Our dock is a double-decker. There is a large covered seating area on the main level plus lots of space to tan on the top deck! 12 portable chairs to move around as you wish!! WATER DEPTH: As of May 3, 2026, we have 7 feet of water depth off the end of our dock. No issues here for kayaking, boating, or just hanging out and fishing! LAKE TOYS: 2x Sit Inside Kayaks 2x Stand Up Paddle Boards LIFE JACKETS: 5x Adult Large 2x Adult Medium DRIVEWAY: The driveway is reasonably steep but straight and paved and there are no issues driving up or down.
