Surrounded by a nature reserve, the property offers total privacy with scenic bushwalks just outside your door. Inside, you’ll find modern comforts: air conditioning, three TVs, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and filtered water with an ice maker. We provide basic cooking essentials like spices, plus all toiletries, towels, and bedding—so you can simply arrive and relax. For a touch of island living, our free-range chickens provide fresh eggs, and the home is nestled among towering gums and lush tropical plants. The property has two bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to unwind. While the main house is exclusively yours, there is a separate apartment downstairs where others may be staying. Guest access Transport: The Church Point ferry runs every 30 min in the week and every hour on weekends from (6:30am - 6:30pm), can buy a return ticket or multi day pas with 13 punches, check website for latest prices, there is a pink water taxi that operates after hours but bookings must be made in advanced when using the water taxi ( Prices are per trip and distance, closest wharf is Bells Wharf), check website for prices. ( Pre-book the Scotland island community vechile with the time your ferry will arrive at Tennis Wharf, get off at tennis wharf, call the Scotland Island community vehicle to notify them of your arrival, ask them to drop you at the back of 50 Thompson street, (We do NOT recommend walking, we are located at the top of the island). We advice not parking at Pasadena, since they have meters, rather park in one of the side streets and take the 156 bus, uber or walk to Church Point Wharf.
