Quiet vacation home with plenty of space

Your cottage offers you privacy and plenty of space, is sun-drenched and absolutely quiet. You can sit outside and enjoy the view, barbecue and read ... From your front door you are in a few minutes on the hiking trails or trails of the area. This makes the accommodation ideal for groups up to 6 adults or families with up to 5 children (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofa bed, 1 baby bed). Dogs are also welcome. The space The property is a detached cottage behind our main house. You'll have a wonderful view of the valley. There are all kinds of stairs and steps in the house, you need to know. The two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The kitchen can also be reached via 4 steps. There is also a step in the corridor. So you should be good on foot. The balcony at the back is unfortunately not ready yet, but you have a nice seating area with a view in the yard between the buildings. The kitchen is equipped with: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction stove and oven, microwave, Senseo, electric kettle, toaster and all kitchen utensils. We have a human-friendly dog that you will encounter in the grounds. Just ignore it if you're not in the mood for a dog. He understands. Washer and dryer are located in the main house. If necessary, you can also use a shower in the basement of the main house. If needed, you'll get access. You can also wash your own dog in the laundry room. Guest access You have three options for access: through the alley next to the house, via the stairs on the west side and through the main house (but you won't get a key for the latter). If we are not there when you arrive or it should be late: There is a key safe at your door (code on request). Upon request, there are several keys for the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen and towels/tea towels are included. If you come with a dog(s): Please never leave the four-legged friend alone in the apartment. We like to dog-sit. You can find the login for the wifi on the side of the kitchen door.
