The space This rental is a private guesthouse with two bedrooms, living room, kitchenette, dining area and restroom. The unit shares one wall with the main house. All exterior spaces and pool are shared with the main house. The property is located in a very safe neigborhood. Street parking is very safe, just be sure to lock your vehicles. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Guest access The pool is accessible by guests from 8 am- 10 pm. POOL IS NOT HEATED. Pool is typically warm from June - Early September. NO GRILL AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS Guests are welcome to use all outdoor spaces and furniture. Smoking only in designated areas. No 420 on property. Other things to note There is a small grocery store directly behind the house , which can be accessed through the back gate and crossing a small alley. Open gate with the blue key provided which opens the front gate.
