The local Bakery & the Kiosk are right in front of the house, the Mini Grocery store, Pharmacy, Cafe & Gas station are just a minute away by feet. The sea is right in front of the house and the local beach is just on the right side of our building. Also, there are plenty of beach bars in the area which you can either access by car in less than 5mins or by feet in about 15mins. The sea has beautiful colors all year long, there are pebbles in the beach. You can easily access other villages and beaches, such as Kiato (4mins) & Xylokastro (7mins) by car or the local bus (KTEL). The local bus station is right in front of the property, and leads to nearby villages or other cities (Athens-Korinth-Patras etc). You can also enjoy a day-trip to Ziria mountain and the picturesque Trikala village by car (35-45 mins). For a night out, you can visit Kiato or Xylokastro (5-7mins) or have a romantic dinner by the sea at the beach of Sykia village (2mins by car or 15 by feet). There are many options for drinking, dinning, dancing, even local playgrounds and an amusement park (in Xylokastro). Guest access By car 1,5 hour from Athens, alternatively we recommend the local bus (KTEL). The local bus station is located right in front of the property.
