Beautiful apartment in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

Top floor of our limestone home. Lovely views of trees and gardens. Very quiet. We are near the subway, express bus, and ferry. Only a few blocks from the water. Bay Ridge has tons of restaurants and everything else within walking distance. We have a friendly rescue dog. The space This apartment has a bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen and bath, living room, and a middle room with a twin sofa bed. It is the top floor of a private house. We live below. Please note: there is no separate lockable entrance for the apartment. It is not walled off from the rest of the house. Guests do use a different door from us and of course the exterior doors lock. Guest access Guests access the apartment through a separate entrance at the top of our stoop. We live downstairs. Other things to note Note that by NYC law, interior spaces cannot be locked. (Fire hazard, etc,) The apartment is the top floor of a private house. The house locks, of course, but the apartment is not separately locked. There is one window air conditioner and a fan. We have a dog. He is friendly. He will say hi but won’t go upstairs.
