New house located in a quiet neighborhood in Mebane. Room is clean and well maintained. The common space has some furniture and usable by all roommates. This space will welcome roommates capable to respect others’ spaces and choices. Very safe with good easy access to major RTP cities through highway I-40. The space 1. Living room has: a. A sectional of 6 seating places usable by guests b. A dining table and 4 chairs c. One additional white table and four chairs as a workstation if needed. 2. Kitchen adjacent to living room with: a. Utensils to use and wash before putting back b. Fridge: feel free to use the middle spaces c. Rice cooker, water heater available for use Guest access Main entry door and room door codes will be provided before arrival. During your stay Communicate through Airbnb and response will follow quickly. Communicate concerns verbally when I am present. Other things to note Security: There are three (03) actively recording cameras overlooking the front of the door, the driveway, and the backyard patio. They are recording audio and video. All devices are located at the exterior of the property.
