This charming 100+ year old craftsman house is located between the historic Old North Knox and Fountain City. The house is only a short 8-10 minute drive from downtown Knoxville, University of Tennessee, and a plethora of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, grocery stores, and parks. The Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge are only an hour's drive on I-40. The space This house is an adorable single story home, located at the edge of a neighborhood street next to a commercial property. Very spacious, with tall ceilings, and a lot of natural light. We are here to make your stay easy in Knoxville, TN with: - Contact-free check-in - Super-fast WiFi included - Fully furnished - In-house laundry room - Fully equipped kitchen - Chromecast for streaming - Utilities & trash included - Street parking available - Lawn care included The house has two primary bedrooms each with a comfortable foam bed, desk, chair, dresser, and closet with hangers. Windows are hung with heavy room darkening curtains. The third bedroom doubles as a media space, with a large flat screen tv, chrome cast, and daybed with a plethora of pillows. The cozy living room has a fake electric stove within the fireplace and opens into the dining room with a table for six. The kitchen is fully outfitted for making daily meals with plenty of storage for groceries. The laundry is located within the kitchen space and includes a top loading washer and front loading dryer. The bathroom is immaculate, free of mildew, and routinely sanitized. It contains a full bath/ shower combo with 6 large towels, 6 wash clothes, and two hand towels. The house has excellent high speed internet that is accessible all throughout, making it an excellent option for working from home. In addition, street parking is available in front of the house on the opposite side of the street. The yard is maintained on a biweekly basis from spring to fall. Guest access The entire house is private to you and your guests! Other things to note - If you are looking for a completely noiseless place this house might not be a good fit for you. As mentioned, this is a house is next to a commercial property and you will occasionally hear noise from the adjacent property. - We cover utilities up to $350 per month. Any utilities used in excess of this cost will be charged to the guest. - This is a 100 hundred year old house and you can tell. Our floors are warped and creak. It's all a part of the charm! - The daybed is not set up unless requested. As is, the day bed is set up as a couch with plenty of cushy pillows.
