We're also 30 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes Ntl Monument. Our home is your home! Relax in the beautiful & spacious sunroom with your favorite beverage, or play your favorite games. Enjoy the cool evenings in the back yard & grill up a steak or two! Our home is to bring people together & enjoy. License #1449 The space You will have 2 separate living spaces to enjoy either watching movies or playing games. There are two full bathrooms one of which has a washer and dryer if you will need to be doing laundry. A full size galley kitchen stocked with the basic seasonings and cookware awaits for those who love to cook. You can wake up feeling refreshed in the morning after staying in one of three bedrooms and make yourself a cup of coffee at the coffee bar. Meals may be enjoyed in the dining area which is a sunny inviting area to enjoy throughout the day. Our bedrooms include 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and a daybed which also has a trundle bed below. The 304 also has a queen size air mattress for 2 extra guests which can be placed in either living area.
